Occupation Engineer Entrepreneur Biographical Text António Luís Amorim Martins is a Portuguese engineer and entrepreneur, the chairman and founder of Conduril - Engenharia SA. At the age of thirty-three he changed the course of his professional life and decided to acquire Conduril, a company already ten years old, but with few projects. In just fifty years he allowed the company to grow and take on the construction of public works of great relevance to the history of construction in Portugal. In his free time, he dedicates himself to the book collection, being the owner of one of the most valuable private libraries in Portugal, with approximately seven thousand books. He believes that his vocation is reading and poetry, engineering and the craft of engineer came out of necessity.
